The Scenic pictures shown on this page were all taken using Kodachrome slide film and have not been computer enhanced.  The picture of the cormorant roost is actually a double exposure of the moon and the tree.  It was taken at Long Lake National Wildlife Refuge in North Dakota. The river bottom sunrise was taken along the backwaters of the Missouri River.  The autumn trail and maple splendor were both taken at Itasca State Park, in Minnesota.  Jasper Morning was taken in Jasper National Park, British Columbia.  The picture of the Northwood’s sunset as taken on Greenwood Lake near Grand Marias, Minnesota, very close to the boundary water canoe area.   Morning fog was taken at Lake Jeanette near Ely, Minnesota and finally the roaming bison were taken in the Lamar Valley in Yellowstone National Park.
